The Surrey Centre for Law and Philosophy invites you to a seminar to be delivered by Findlay Stark (Cambridge). The event is scheduled to take place in person.

Findlay Stark is University Senior Lecturer at the University of Cambridge and Fellow of Jesus College, Cambridge. He is Deputy Director of the Cambridge Centre for Criminal Justice. Dr Stark’s research focuses on criminal law, procedure and evidence, often with a philosophical angle. He am the author of a monograph published by Cambridge University Press, an author/editor of the leading Simester and Sullivan textbook, and his work has been published in leading journals including the Cambridge Law Journal, the Modern Law Review, and the Oxford Journal of Legal Studies. His published work has been cited by the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal and the New Zealand Supreme Court. Dr Stark is also a member of the 23 Essex Street Academic Associates Panel, having previously been an Academic Door Tenant in the same Chambers.
